When you use MailSleek, we process: (a) the email text you submit for polishing or knowledge extraction; (b) your email address and a hashed password if you create an account; (c) usage counters and technical data (IP address, timestamps) used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
Your text is used solely to generate your polished email or extracted knowledge. Text is forwarded to our AI model provider (Alibaba Cloud / Qwen) for processing and is not used to train models. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers.
Data is stored on servers located in mainland China (Alibaba Cloud). If you are located in the EU/EEA or UK, this means your data is transferred outside your region. By using MailSleek, you consent to this transfer.
Rate-limit and usage data is retained for approximately 7 days. Account data and your saved templates/knowledge are retained until you request deletion.
You may request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hi@mailsleek.com. We respond within 30 days.
MailSleek is not directed at children under 16.
